About Omar
By the sea, always.
I grew up a few streets from the Arabian Sea and have sold homes on Dubai’s coastline since 2014. I hold a day skipper licence, and on Saturdays I take buyers out on the water to see the fronds and towers from the sea side.
Waterfront homes have problems inland homes don’t: salt on the façade, beach erosion, and noise from the jet-ski lane. I check all three before you make an offer.
