Open to Head of Operations roles from January
Operations Manager · Logistics & Supply Chain
I make warehouses, fleets and teams run like clockwork, and I can prove it in numbers.
I’ve run operations for twelve years across e-commerce fulfilment, cold chain and retail distribution in Dubai and Zagreb. Today I lead a 180-person operation at a Jebel Ali fulfilment centre.
My job is mostly invisible when it’s done well: orders that leave on time, trucks that come back full, costs that stay where they should. I like honest dashboards, short daily stand-ups and fixing the process before blaming the people.

Daniel made our hardest peak season feel calm. Every morning we knew exactly where we stood.
He fixes the process, not the people. Our team leaders grew more in a year with him than in the five before.
