Behind the lens
I make photographs about places at the edges: coastlines, high ground, harbours before dawn. Most of my work is slow, made over many visits in all weathers.
I shoot editorial stories and long-form personal projects on medium-format film and digital, and print everything myself so the colour is right.
For commissions I work with magazines, charities and small brands who want pictures that feel like somewhere real.
